Poor | The nurse did her job properly but the facilities in the surgery were terrible the toilet didn’t have a lock no handle the light wasn’t working and the hand dryer wasn’t working | This refurbishment has been going on since January and still not finished not very good for patients when they can’t use the lift and toilets should be done ASAP! | September 5, 2024 at 3:30 pm |
Very poor | Every time I ring the receptionists are so rude and intimidating when speaking with me. They talk to me like I’m thick and don’t understand anything. This is not professional and I think you need to train your staff to be more polite and considerate of peoples situations that they are going through! Darshna Verma in specific was very rude to me and I did not appreciate her tone of voice at all. | I think you need to train your staff to be more helpful and polite.
