Good | Room for improvements… once you miss a tel call from the practice, very difficult to call back and speak to someone as we have to wait in a queue… calls from practice for results or so on the patient should be able to call and speak to a named person again without having to wait.. | Opportunity for the patient to call a named person again with a telephone number so that they do not have to wait in queue. Good | Feel there could have been a wider spread of options to test underlining issues based on blood test results. Only time will tell if I deteriorate further in winter time or next year. Fingers crossed all is well as sicknesses are worsening yearly. | Options on blood test, why does the patient have to have the need to say something. Everyone needs to be more proactive regardless of resources. This is 1 of many lives we are talking about here.
