Poor | Don’t get appointment or sick note when needed if you want to to talk to a doctor you can’t do that. Very poor | The wait times on the phone are over 20 minutes and at times I have experienced wait times to almost be an hour before someone at reception answers the phone. Secondly, the limited options of booking a GP appointment in advance is absolutely ridiculous. Then to be given an appointment at another surgery when my GP is based at the spinney Hill medical centre. These third party GP’s have no established connection with my medical professional (GP). | Allow patients to book appointments into the future rather than on the day allows flexibility in scheduling for patients and the surgery itself.
