Neither good nor poor | The Gps themselves aren’t an issue. The receptionist staff need to be more professional, in particular a male receptionist who thought it was funny that I turned up at the spinney branch because the oncall receptionist had not informed me that the appt was at Doncaster branch. I was already annoyed and him smirking and trying not to laugh infuriated me further. | Ensure that receptionists inform patients regarding which branch their appointment is at. I was lucky I drove.
