Neither good nor poor | I have a lot of medical conditions that are being investigated and my symptoms are changing constantly from these, so it’s sometimes difficult to get an appointment with the same GP, as I prefer dealing with one Gp for all the issues | I appreciate the receptionists have a job to do, but some patients need that little more compassion and I feel they lack that at times on how to deal with some patients. I had to put the phone down from the pain I was in and how upset it got me that I couldn’t get an appointment before I got an appointment with a GP. It shouldn’t take something like that for a patients concerns to be listened to. | November 20, 2023 at 11:05 am |
Very poor | the receptionists are the rudest people you will ever speak to. they all need to be sacked and replaced or take a course in customer service. they are unhelpful and too opinionated. they speak harshly and and are sarcastic. i was making an appointment today for my daughter and the receptionist was questioning me saying ‘ what kind of mother are you?’. this is not a way to speak to a patient or anyone in general. sickening behaviour from them! | replace them | November 20, 2023 at 11:05 am |

Poor | Because can’t get appointment | Face to face consultation and appointments ,surgery seems to have taken many patients that the doctors can’t cope. | November 20, 2023 at 10:59 am |
