Very poor

Terrible service, impossible to have an appointment. Nobody seems to know what they are doing in this practice. Had to wait 1 week to have my inhaler. Still can’t get an appointment. I never get to see my family GP. This gp practice has gone down hills.

Please provide same day appointments with the same family GP and not a 18 year old pretend doctor. You will end up killing a patient one day. Receptionist need to be a bit more polite and not so rude.

The communication is poor and receptionist don’t know what’s on the notes and can be very confusing to speak to as they don’t know why I called back. This has happened to me multiple times and the receptionist openly said she doesn’t know what’s wrong with the system and was asking me for advise. To then have three calls later contradicting each other. First call was to rebook blood test second call said I didn’t need to bc it said on notes I didn’t attend on the 12th December however I had a phone consultation with doctor that day and had a blood test booked on the 31st December. The receptionist then says it’s not on the system and not sure why I need another blood test and then hung up the phone for then another lady called to say I still need to rebook blood test and then said to choose time mentioned 10am she asks if I can 9:50 am that day however when confirmation came through it said 9:55am the communication and organisation skills between staff and patients notes are shocking as a fellow clinician in nhs this isn’t good. On a separate occasion I had called to book an appt and was asked to hold when I was explaining why I called. Thinking she was getting my details up however five minutes later she puts me off hold and repeats the question which in my experience meant she put me on hold to deal with another patient wasting my time and answered when she was free. I had to make a phone call inverted seeing my on patients and didn’t appreciate this at all.

Work on writing up all notes whenever corresponding to patients and staff. Communicate better as staff and if you’re not able to pick up the phone because you need to attend to patients in person then wait until you can instead of wasting our time putting us on hold and making us explain everything over again and again
