Same day Appointment or advance booking and proper clear guidance to patients are very important, not just prescribed medications.
Lifestyle changes and Holistic approach is lacking in G.P’s Surgery.
Only one Problem discussion is not good for right diagnosis and correct treatment for majority patients.
Hope you will try to understand my concern and do the needful in future.

I like the callback facility which saves loads of time holding on. Every time I have requested a telephone appointment this has always happened.

It’s very hard to see or speak to a doctor of your own choice. Maybe need to improve on this service.

Very poor

I was given a phone call appointment three weeks ago but the health assistant keeps pushing it back saying I didn’t answer the call but the thing is I never receive the call and they just keep giving me another date and just for this I’m taking holidays from work as well. Even today I took a day off and have been sitting with my phone from 8:30 am.

Please establish a better system for this because just because the dates are being pushed back I have to take days off from work as well. If you can’t establish a better system at least tell us what time the health assistant will be calling us so we know rather than just leaving us clueless for the whole day even today I’m going to wait until 5:30pm for the call now let’s see what happens.

Whenever I come always surgery appointment running late. If any problem hard to get appointment. Always get trainee GP.
