Neither good nor poor | Sometimes it is important to authorise admin staff or next level to arrange emergency services such as District Nurses same as blood test centre appointments without Doctor’s involvement! Just for example I have had a minor surgery on my chest to remove cyst, and required dressing on the day after. Waisted two days to obtain DN to get it done, but Doctor called me in at 14:30, requested two hrs urgent appointment, DN called me around 15:15 to let me know that you should have called me in a.m. as we had three slots to fit you in, but now we are closing. | Please read above?? | December 4, 2023 at 11:43 am |
