Lady at counter quickly dealt with my enquiry and was able to accommodate me straight away.

I detest your one enquiry per appointment rule. I have to take up urgent appointments they other would desperately need, to deal with non urgent health issues as it can’t be discussed together. Makes no sense whatsoever. Same concern from other patients of your practise at both sites.

When we call in the morning it take hours continuous hold and then automatically disconnected
That’s so bad think about the patient health please

This question u ask this means right now NHS is worst day by day
