Good | Only problem is getting through phone to book an appointment when we desperately need because I suffer from severe asthma. Very poor | I am not sure to give precise answer to this question. When phoning for appointment on the day. It seems time scale for answering calls are between 30-45 minutes, probably sometimes more than this. When answering the call all apts are used up. People are thenr referred to other places etc MVHC. Patient who have been with the practice for generation it is not fair for them having apt elsewhere. | Nor sue if the practice monitor calls and why actions not being taken yet. As I work for NHS we understand how busy and frustrating calls we receive, but we do not take 30-45 to answer one call we can response to calls within 5 minutes even though our lines are busy. | March 2, 2024 at 7:07 pm |
