Extremely delighted with consultation with Dr Sinha. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Very helpful nice manner.

You can improve on call waiting time, as it takes very long time for the receptionist to answer the phone.

Very poor

So far my experience has been so poor- each time I try to make an appointment I’m told the appointments are not available. Then I receive random calls and texts from the practice during any time of the day whilst I’m working informing me that I need to make an appointment. I work as do many people between the hrs of 9-5 and it’s not always possible to take time off for these appointments let alone answer the call . But the caller named roshni always insists on pushing for an answer. The last time that happened I was pushed into making a doctors appointment – after Roshni had informed me if I’m busy just to notify the doctor of this so that they could call back after 5/10 minutes which then turned out to be over half an hour. Also I understand the practice is being renovated but regardless of it being renovated I’m told to attend the surgery in Highfields – for blood tests as is my 74 year old mother. Fine for people who have transport but an inconvenience for us., as I have an issue with my back . Also I requested a blood test for any type of allergy or food intolerance- previously I was informed to go for a blood test to be told by the nurse who was carrying out the blood tests it was just to check my cholesterol for anything else I would need to speak to my GP. Which I did upon my last call to the doctor after seeking advice from the pharmacy , they also agreed to have tests to check if there are any underlying problems to tackle the issue . But I was informed by the female doctor they do not do that.

Better communication between staff/ doctors to staff . I’m not even certain if I needed to pick up a prescription after my last call with the doctor. I used to see Dr Sian who was the only doctor I used to see. He was great . But now there’s so many doctors, does anyone actually listen to you to try and accommodate in the practice and generally look after your well being applicable to staff and doctors. Or are we general just a number to achieve their targets . Its just hard work to make any type of an appointment
