Poor | The doctors are amazing Always have issues with receptionist in particular GITA she is highly rude and can do with retraining on how to speak to people. I was due a blood test in urgency- she told me it’s not urgent otherwise it would have booked on the day when I stated to her that I declined coming in today but due to my mental health which she clearly doesn’t understand about I wanted to get it out the way TODAY! | Retrain frontline have spoken to dr about this before | July 3, 2024 at 1:22 pm |
