Poor | It was difficult to book an appointment. No advise provided on results on time by doctor and reception. Front staff could not advise on result term for Urine test- (Abnormal – as expected). Also follow up call not made and had to chase results, it should be same day or immediate service like other nations. | Please send text or leave message on Airmed or NHS website of clear out come of results with instruction for patient and if any medication require. Also, receptionist should be able to deal with small matters like blood, urine results.
