Generally my relative is cared for by the practice. Improved appointment line would be better. Takes time to get through.

As next of kin i feel there could be better communication between the practice and relatives to keep them informed and consulted on care, especially where the patient is unable to communicate themselves.
When conversations are initiated they have been beneficial.

I have mostly had good experiences at the gp surgery but I was disappointed with a nurse that failed to book an appointment, where I had to come in and leave work. I’m disabled, on crutches so it was really upsetting that it had happened. I was going to make a formal complaint but then decided against it.

I feel the nurse in question needs to be trained on her bedside manner. I am happy to provide you with all the information.
