Neither good nor poor | I have mostly had good experiences at the gp surgery but I was disappointed with a nurse that failed to book an appointment, where I had to come in and leave work. I’m disabled, on crutches so it was really upsetting that it had happened. I was going to make a formal complaint but then decided against it. | I feel the nurse in question needs to be trained on her bedside manner.
