Phone never answered appointments never available. Repeat prescriptions a problem every month

Make more same day appointments available.
Get more people to answer phones at 8am peak time.
Communicate better with patients, GPS, hospitals answer chemist’s to save everyone involved in the faffing around unnecessarily.

I usually always get an appointment without too much of a wait, and receptionists are very helpful in giving an appointment at a suitable time.
GPs have been very helpful with explaining scan results and arranging sick notes for me, and arranging follow up.
