I got appointment to see Doctor when I needed.

Very poor

Whilst the last few Doctors I’ve spoken to are assured and competent, the same cannot be said of the reception staff.

Disorganised, unable to contend with even the most basic of instruction of technology, and quite frankly, not worth the salary you’re paying them.

Slow in response to any query, whether in person or on the phone, and throughly lazy when it comes to picking up the slack when one or all of them are busy in surgery.

Empathise with the person who’s asking the question. Understand that customer service is just that, service to the customer, and exceptional customer service at that.

The customer experience starts from first point of contact to the point at which the customer’s contact file update is closed, until the next time.

Doctor rang back after initial appointment and also provided asked time for appointment

Appointment for children slot reserved for certain times may be for out of school hours may be?
