Neither good nor poor | Waiting to book a follow up appointment following my hospital results so I called the surgery who confirmed my results were nothing to worry about and I needed to wait for an appointment which was in the next 3 weeks I told them I couldn’t wait that long so they advised I called back in the morning for an appointment on the same day even though the Dr could have just called me to discuss my results/ treatment etc. when I called in the morning the receptionist said the same thing to me as the previous day I didn’t want to argue so I just took the appointment which was offered to me in 3 weeks time. | Instead of me chasing my result I should have received a text message to advise or a brief call with the DR should be arranged. | April 1, 2025 at 4:15 pm |
Good | The surgery is service is good regarding appointments but could do better for people living within the Doncaster Road area for nurse lead appointments rather than having to travel all the way over to spinney hill.
