Very poor | LRI rang me on 4th March and said that they have sent an email to my GP service for urgent prescription of antibiotics as CT scan shows Bharat Patel has chest infection. I waited for prescription to come to my nominated pharmacy. It didn’t come to pharmacy, I rang surgery on Thursday afternoon on 6th March, at first I was told there’s nothing from hospital requested, then I was told yes there’s email requesting so they would put it as urgent now. I still haven’t received my prescribed antibiotics hospital has informed me to get rid of the infection. I am suffering and my GP practice isn’t responding to emails received from hospital consult.i have not been seen my registered GP. Very disappointed with the service I am getting, Do anyone actually look at this survey? | Priortise mails and administrator should look into it and pass it on to relevant practioner. | March 6, 2025 at 11:02 pm |
