Neither good nor poor	Had phone appointment with GP GP called when I couldn’t answer the phone I rang back and explained what time I was available. The receptionist made a note of it but GP called again when I wasn’t available and left a message that she will call again after 4pm but she never did. I’m still waiting a week later!
