Very poor | Receptionist are very rude, unhelpful and and don’t give the correct information. They look to put the phone down as quickly as possible whilst you’re talking. Very hard and impossible to get an appointment. | Recruit better staff who actually care about patients and actually book in appointments, also full training is needed to all receptionist staff as the ones at the moment don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. Need to learn the importance of customer service / patient service! Finally must understand that they shouldn’t raise their voices when being asked general questions. Good | Most of the time receptionist are quite helpful but getting appointment is is hard by the time you get through all the appointment for the day have been taken. | Waiting time for appointment every time I’ve been for my appointment they were running late.
