Very poor | Never get an appointment when needed and the receptionists act as if they are the doctors. We are told to call at 8:00am, keep us in queue for at least 45 minutes and then they say all appointments are full. When we ask for more they show us attitude. The doctors in this surgery are actually very nice, but the receptionists are very rude and act over confident. | Change the appointment system and actually give appointments after making us wait for so long in the queue. Create a walk in surgery instead so people can actually come and get checked up. Don’t show attitude when speaking to the patients. I have called from the surgery to see if you guys pick up, I was put into queue and the receptionists were not on call with anyone. The phone was just ringing. If this is what receptionists do, then why does it show we’re in queue.
