The doctors I have seen recently, Dr Kumari and Dr Joshi have been amazing but I have used email to order hrt medication. Sent first email kn Monday but still waiting for a proper response
Worrying as I have taken last tablet of utrogestan today

When email response yesterday stated that medication could be prescribed as i have had it recently, I am still waiting for confirmation that medication has been prescribed.
This system seems better but just needs tweaks. Much better than waiting hours for phone to be answered

I understand that sometimes it’s difficult getting an appointment but the staff always try their best to help.

I suggest that you have one doctor in the surgery for pre – booked (appointments booked few days in advance) or doctors for patients in employment.

Like the saying goes there is always room for improvement be it small. Because once you get complacent it all goes back to square one.

The clinical pharmacist Shital was very polite & explained my blood results well. She was very patient & very thorough.

I had a previous appointment with another clinical pharmacist for the same test results. I waited whole day but nobody rang & when I rang the surgery , I was told that the pharmacist rang me on landline & mobile ,but i did not answer. That was a lie as I never received any missed calls on my mobile.
