Very poor | Most of the time receptionist are rude and they only trained to say NO. if you lucky to get the appointment then it will be with the doctor who has no knowledge how to help you and they take photo or call someone to help… | December 4, 2024 at 11:11 am | |

Very poor | Had a blood test a couple of weeks ago, results showed my medicine needed adjusting but no call back from rhe Dr. I had seen this on the online medical record and rang the surgery up myself to be told there’s probably nothing to worry about and if I haven’t had a call from the dr then everything is fine. Few weeks later I received a letter from the thyroid register that my dosage needs increasing after that blood test. Rang the drs again and was prescribed the wrong dosage. Had to ring again the next day to have it corrected. Its absolutely ridiculous. | Everything. Give appointments so we can be seen by a dr, update us on results. We pay taxes for a reason, not so that we get told “no” or be passed around different clinics to be told “your dr needs to see you instead”. | December 4, 2024 at 11:10 am |
