Good | Doctor was brilliant | Just a little better communication as I was advised my prescription would be available at the chemist in a “couple of hours” however when I went to collect on my lunch break they advised it hadn’t been put in the system which meant me having to go back to the surgery and chase up. Good | My requests for doctor appointment has been handled on time. The online admin query is fast to book calls ans repeated enquires. Save time to wait on call for booking. | I feel that if doctors receive a referral report then the patient should be contacted to discuss what has been said. Very good | I’ve had enormous support from all the staff during a challenging time for me with my physical and mental health resulting in recovery. The care and treatment was to a high standard and executed with empathy and professionalism. | I was referred to a department in a hospital and 3 months on I have not had an appointment.
