I want to put very good for the nurse that attended to me
But I have put good because the customer service/reception needs to improve quite a lot in Harvard communicates and treats patience. Some reception staff are very good, but there are some that are very difficult to talk to. They are very difficult with patients and they don’t have patience for sales to be sitting on reception.
While I’ve been the waiting area I have also noticed that the receptionist tries to always talk in English where the patient cannot speak English. The receptionist need to speak or get somebody else that can speak language the patient can understand

A lot of the times what have experienced is, the receptionist tries to be the doctor

A lot more friendly, better customer service
Deal with each individual patients needs better
Stop trying not to give patients appointment with the doctor
Quicker access to appointments

Whenever I call for a doctor’s. The receptionist diside i should see Dr. or go to cemist to get medicine. If I tell her that i would like to see a doctor she says OK, the doctor will call so keep ur phone with you. So I have to keep my phone with me even i want to toilet or I go for the bath.

I like to see doctors when I’m ill. Because I’m not Dr. to them, what’s wrong with me.
