Very good | The reception staff are always kind and helpful and it is straightforward to book a GP appointment when needed. Some of the reception staff have been with the surgery for a very long time and it’s nice to hear/see a familiar face. The doctors have been exceptional and I can’t thank them enough. They have delivered excellent care to my parents over so many years. | February 11, 2025 at 12:44 pm | |
Neither good nor poor | I am always late to get my priscriptions from u i subbmit 1and half week early before they are about to finish.. My medication usually comes 4 or 5 days before they are finished. Im still waiting for the doctor to authorise | U need someone who can be ontop of all medication authorisation so nobody is having to wait for meds i have hypertension blood pressure tabs but i dont have any left and when im trying to call the surgery im 25 in the queue | February 11, 2025 at 12:44 pm |
Poor | Honestly speaking doncaster now build new have facilities then still why need go st saviours when patients living near doncater rd surgery and needs better service and appointments from receptionist. They try to be doctors rather understanding that need to see doctors can check. More better service from front desk. Doctors generally very helpful and concerns. The manager should do better service with front Admin. They should be 2 receptionists for patients appointment blood tests. I always see one dealing half time she is lost. Thank you this is my honest suggestion. | Have 2 receptionist dealing with front desk helping patients. | February 11, 2025 at 12:52 pm |

Very poor | The front line staff (not the Drs) are extremely rude and unprofessional. Have no mannerisms and any sense of compassion towards patients. | Have some empathy and be helpful. | February 11, 2025 at 12:57 pm |
