Very poor | We work from 6 am in the morning and cannot ring at 8 am for appointments. we cannot sit with our phones for 45 mins before getting a chance at getting an appointment. i cannot get face to face appointments. | Please bring back online appointments for pre booking. please bring back face to face appointments with multiple questions. Good | I managed to got to see the doctor with over the phone appointment and later, I was asked to have a face to face appointment. | Normally all appointments are booked by 8.10am and this doesn’t leave a chance for people who are unable to phone at 8.00 am, specially for working people. Neither good nor poor | In the morning, I called the surgery as i had an ear ache. I already tried OTC and there was no change with the pain. The receptionist was very quick and made me feel very rushed. At first, I was given a telephone appointment which I debated stating an ear ache cannot be looked at over the phone. I stated i was unhappy with the service, the receptionist went back to the GP and i was given an appointment. However, the call was very rushed and cut stating the doctor will see you at 10am. I was not asked if that appointment was flexible for me. The doctor was very good and i was prescribed antibiotics. If I had to go through a telephone appointment, I probably would have not been given a prescription. | The receptionist needs to be more understanding towards patients. Neither good nor poor | Everyone ringing for an appointment at 8am is not feasible. I have an app on my phone but no options to book online through the app. Having said that the staff are polite | Maybe allow patients to book a slot online and keep a few slots greyed out for emergency appointments.
