Well whenever I have to see a doctor or nurse they always send me to another surgery which is ridiculous because they should see me at my surgery!

They should finish the refurbishment it’s still not done and it’s been over a year and patients have to suffer doctors need to get this done ASAP!

I made appointments with 2 lady doctors prior to this last appointment. They didn’t take my neck pain and one of them didn’t take my chest pains seriously even though I told her I am getting pain in my arm and chest.
All I was told is to take pain killers and see a Physiotherapist. They made me feel like I was wasting their time.
I would say my Physiotherapist Daniel was kind enough to run tests on me as he knew it wasn’t osteoarthritis pain. He had to send a note to the surgery and now I am being referred to urgent hospital appointments. My health condition has gone worse since then.

They should have checked my Thyroid scan results and checked my neck properly. I was ignored.

We can’t get appointments when we ring you can wait for 20 minutes then get told that all appointments are booked and to ring the next day, and then we get the same cycle again

People who have serious health problems should get at least a call from the doctor at the earliest
