Very poor | Connecting to the surgery for 8am is abysmal. I can provide proof of calling 15times on one occasion and 22 times on another in the last couple of weeks alone. For general enquiries,such as repeat prescriptions or discussions about medication, should not require patients to call in at 8am!! (I asked for a repeat but got a text message to say ring the surgery at 8am to discuss with doctor). That is a massive waste of time. This also means that urgent/non urgent issues are foning in at the same time. This needs to change. Surely you can see this as an issue?? Discrepancy in the surgery’s practice.
