Some of the doctors are really good; some fail to understand the issue you’re trying to discuss with them.
The receptionists, namely Namrata, is extremely helpful , Roshni can be really rude and the others it’s hit and miss. It’s difficult to get appointments… are you supposed to k ow in advance when you’ll be unwell for an advance appointment and on the day; for employed persons, it’s ridiculous having to wait 45 minutes trying to get through.
Dr Joshi is fantastic… miss her not being available to see.

More appointments. All the good doctors seem to work from home… like what?? Can’t see a gp because most are working from home!
More appointments and more doctors… they should at least be able to understand the problem you’re discussing with them. I was referred to hospital for something I didn’t need to be referred for and I still have the problem but can’t be bothered to visit the doctors now.

The telephone call waiting time is very long. It can be reduced. It takes more than half an hour to get an answer.
