Very poor | Reception staff don’t record anything. Been called 5-6 times in 4 hours asking why I didn’t attend when I called to cancel. Incompetent and no communication amongst peers. | Record notes, answer the phone! How am I always number 3 in the waiting line yet waiting 20-30 mins and still waiting?!
