Neither good nor poor | The receptionist wasn’t listening to why I needed to speak to a GP and thought it’s best for me to be booked in with a physiotherapist. | Normally when talking to people, I am able to get the appointment I need with the receptionists, but Roshni who i spoke to last week wasn’t listening to me therefore leaving me in pain for an additional 4 days before I could get the medication I needed. | January 17, 2024 at 3:15 pm |
