Very good | Last three time I have seen Dr vrajesh patel he is very polite good nature and he listened me with patience and gave me good advice for my bunion surgery and wrote sick note and appointment for ENT. He wrote prescription for me aswell. So I am very Happy with his service | Reception service is good but very hard to get doctor ‘s appointment. When I ring at 8 in morning for appointment phone is engage and after some time machine says there is a 30 people is waiting before you. And I have to wait and wait. And when my number comes receptionist says no more appointment left. Some time I have to wait more than 1 hour to hear that there is no more appointment left. And this has happened many times to me. Good | The reason is we dont get appointments on the day we ri ng the surgery despite being on the phone as soon as the lines open or even before the lines open and are told that its fully booked! | It would be better if your telephone service is more faster than it is I’m aware of online booking too but most of us especially myself are not familiar using it, but I’m happy with the staff and doctors at the surgery very helpful and kind. | January 17, 2024 at 1:31 pm |
