Poor	Waited for nearly an hour to get through and I was the Number 1 caller for a long time.	To answer the phone up in a reasonable time.	January 17, 2024 at 6:11 pm
Neither good nor poor	Depending on which practitioner you see, depends on service you get. Also, phone service very poor	1. Tel appointments waste of time, as if Dr needs to see you then generally not on same day and possibly with different Dr. 2. Drs tell staff to ring re: medication & appointments, but they don’t have a clue about why dr told them to phone. 3.seeing a HCA is waste of time, they don’t have a clue about anything, have to consult a adr, and you have to wait all day for someone to ring you back with plan of action. More Drs needed not HCA’s. 4. Patients who have complicated health issues should be seen by qualified GPs & not new ones or HCA’s as it’s a waste of everyone’s time and frustrating for patient, when they don’t understand the issues and can’t be bothered to read patients records.
