Very poor | It’s a nightmare to book an appointment via telephone or in house. Telephone service takes more than two hours for someone to actually respond only then to be told appointments are fully booked for the day even through considerable amount of time was spent waiting for someone to attend. In house face to face you don’t offer any appointment and advise to call next day which as above is horrendous. | Be kind to patients and offer quick appointment service. Patients are calling because they need medical assistance so it’s no good neglecting them but rather provide a helping hand and comfort.
