Very poor

Receptionists are aggressive and unhelpful (the ones on the appointment line). No empathy but rude and 90% of the time do not listen to the problem. Also unable to book a face to face appointment with dr. For future or on the day. Every appt is a telephone call. This is ridiculous. For someone whose problem is unresolved for weeks, trying to get a diagnosis over the phone is ridiculous and joke. The surgery needs to sort this issue out.

Face to face appointments should b resumed. Why is only tel appointments first point of contact. Then ladies who answer the call need training they have no telephone skills.
I called back few mins after my call with a DR to inform the DR of an important symptom and I was told they couldn’t let the DR be notified. If I wanted to speak to him i would have to call back next day. I suggested they msg him and if the DR thought it was important he could
Contact me. But the lady on the phone refused point blank!
Absolutely appalling!

Neither good nor poor

It depends on which receptionist answers the phone. Some are helpful where some are not.

Train receptionists on how to communicate with patients face to face or over the telephone.
