Good

Didn’t have to wait for 45 min for call to be picked up. Instead I could speak to someone within 10min. This call was better than my previous experiences with the surgery.

The call handlers should be trained to be polite. Provide them with customer service training. Most have unhelpful, rude and arrogant attitude. You should noticed on your reception area of which staff members have had medical degrees. If not then why do they giving us medical advice on situations which they are not trained to deal with!

Neither good nor poor

For me to make a appointment with you is difficult.
I’m self-employed i live for wark at 8.30am. To stay on the phone is hard. Phone calls are not answered.

Professional service offered by both GP’s and staff

A telephone service for Saturdays
The surgery offers some Saturday procedures eg blood tests and to cancel an appointment on Saturdays due to an emergency etc is non existence as there is no one around to take calls or for patients to leave a message which is disappointing as missing appointments cause issues

Neither good nor poor

Sometimes we can’t share our problems with the Receptionist. So when we say it’s personal and like an appointment with doctors we should be allowed to do so. Thanks
