Very poor	The doctor booked me a blood test and said the reception will call in a few days…..in has been almost 3 weeks now!!!my father ended up having a stroke because you did not do anything for 6 weeks after he gave you his blood pressure readings For many many years the phone is not answered at reception. Sometimes you could be waiting half hour for to someone to answer. When asked why they dont answer they say they are short staffed! But there are plenty of staff just hanging around in the back offices talking!nothing has changed in the last 20 odd years!! One of the worst surgurys you can go to. I am currently in the process od reporting you to GMC for your practices and hope they close you down for good!!
