Neither good nor poor | Doctors are brilliant at the gp but your receptionist are no good how they speak to patients (not helpful at all) | Get more polite and friendly receptionist that are willing to listen and help patients giving zero attitude | September 2, 2024 at 4:08 pm |
Good | Most of the things I need, they are very helpful staff are good very good doctors in our surgery | They should tell more information about the doctors Sicknote and things like that what different type of sicknote we can get not getting support letter to give to employer so those are things need to improve because some patients are not qualified, they don’t know how the system works | September 2, 2024 at 3:21 pm |
Very poor | waiting far too long on the phone and having to listen to recorded information which at best is very irritating and raising ones BP. especially when the caller is unwell. finally when admin staff who answers are sometimes hostile and unsympathetic. we appreciate the pressures of so many people calling but not patients fault when the other branch is shut. Also there is only two options one for sick note and one for appointment. There should be other options as well. | see above. Training of admin staff in dignity and to understand it is patients they dealing with not income support claimants. All patients to be treated equally sometimes more time and sympathy shown to people coming in support of housing and welfare and various grant applications needs. | September 2, 2024 at 2:41 pm |
