Neither good nor poor

For apointments its been good.
But when i asked for a doctors sick note. Waa told to go on website. Website was down and rexpetion seened uninterested. Was so disapointed that i can not ask for a sick note from my GP.. i went to hospital and had to ask the doctor there for a sick note which they back dated for me Had to make a complaimt to PALs. Who were concerned why i did not recieve a follow up sick note for recent eye surgeey.

Website is poor. As mentioned above nit suitable for certain request or requirements. I know the doncaster road branch ihas recently re opened. I went there to hand in my urine sample as requested by nurse. Was told by reception to lare to hand it in at 12 mid day and cut off time was 11am. I was never told abiyt this. So i have nit bothered going back to hand in any moee samples. I am half blind at the moment due to eye surgery and walking to the sugery was a waste of my time.

My treatment with GP practise is Great and always reliable for payments with chronic illnesses and greatly appreciated.

Needs to improve telephone services.
