Neither good nor poor | There needs to be more understanding. The only option to get an appointment by calling at 8am only on the day is not flexible for those who work full time. Online appointments on the app are never available. Receptionist are always difficult about advanced appointments, they are never available. Private healthcare is relied on as a result. | Receptionist need to be more understanding. GPs should check notes before call appointments. It is not helpful for those with mental health having to repeat and retrigger situations.
