Very poor | 27th Feb felt very poorly late in evening. Rang Glenfield hospital as l was told. Because it was late, was informed to see my GP first thing in the morning. Rang Spinney Hill Medical Centre at 8am. Informed reception it was critical to see doctor. Told no doctor was available, will call if any cancellation. Good | The nurse took my blood sample as required efficiently. It was a quick service. Did not have to waiting too long. | The nurse could have been friendlier.
