Very poor | I got diagnosed with MRSA needed some antibiotics I was a 111 referral yet the surgery said clearly, we didn’t have a telephone number which I think is appalling I also work for NHS and I know all the procedures that take place. I have the full recording of the diabolical conversation. She said she was sorry but clearly it does not cut it as I was then put last on the list. When I was a priority call. Dr jaffa didn’t call just send a message that the surgery had called. It was awful behaviour negligence on surgery part. | Have someone educated that knows how to treat patients with respect.
