This is because they helped me to solve the problem and they gave me the report.

Very poor

I got diagnosed with MRSA needed some antibiotics I was a 111 referral yet the surgery said clearly, we didn’t have a telephone number which I think is appalling I also work for NHS and I know all the procedures that take place. I have the full recording of the diabolical conversation. She said she was sorry but clearly it does not cut it as I was then put last on the list. When I was a priority call. Dr jaffa didn’t call just send a message that the surgery had called. It was awful behaviour negligence on surgery part.

Have someone educated that knows how to treat patients with respect. Let’s stop the blame games !!!! Clearly staff needs to be retrained in customer service and use a good standard of British English language
