Neither good nor poor | If you ring after 8-30am you don’t get the appointment. | March 5, 2025 at 4:38 pm | |
Good | My experience of good was the telephone call back service which is great, also the fact that I can get an urgent appointment at a different surgery is really reassuring which means I get treated quickly which means less anxiety | Recently I over heard a conversation when the receptionist called my dad to pick up some antibiotics as he had a urine infection, he tried to tell her he hadn’t been to give a urine sample, the receptionist had no patience at all and wasn’t listening to him, she was rather snappy, my dad is able and knew what he had or didn’t. The receptionist should have got her facts right to begin with. Any other older person may be confused and agree to medicine the don’t actually need. I found her service rude it really isn’t professional maybe you need to give more training on how to talk to the elderly, some may even have a hearing problems. I was glad I was at my parents house at this moment, this happened a few weeks ago, it made me feel angry I’m glad I got to voice my concern like this. | March 5, 2025 at 4:38 pm |
