Neither good nor poor | Just receptionist side improve one should be for app and one for like urine sample blood test queries. Other thing my husband came to give urine sample his hand was shaking rather being rude to him give him care good service and take from him quickly and do other paperwork afters. | The Manager of admin need to monitor the receptionist now then. Neither good nor poor | The waiting area upstairs is not enough or satisfactory. It is particularly stressful that you can hear conversations outside when being consulted. The desk needs to be against the window or another wall….not the one where the patients outside can hear your consultation! | Think about the layout of the consulting rooms. Be mindful patient are not going to tell the doctor to speak slightly quieter….i am very well aware what I could hear, so I think you really need to look at this properly and seriously. | March 5, 2025 at 4:31 pm |
