Very poor | It is almost impossible to obtain an appointment especially for those who start work at 8am or earlier. Stuff at phones are not supportive at all. And quite often lack the manners of how to communicate with patients. | Should make some sort of arrangements for patients who work early in the morning and can not ring surgery at 8am to book an appointment. As well as there should be some sort check n balance between those patients who hardly ask once or twice per year and between who have multiple appointments per week/monthly | March 5, 2025 at 4:12 pm |
