Very poor | I feel that the surgery is lacking when compared to other similar institutions around the local area. One such thing is the availability of appointments via the use of the NHS app. We are blessed to be in a digital era and with the ever expanding use of tech in this field and the push by NHS Digital themselves, I feel the surgery in particular is hindering this and holding back instead of making life easier for its patients | Enable app appointments and thus reduce call wait times! | February 11, 2025 at 11:48 am |
