Poor | There’s no privacy/confidentiality at this practice. Both patients and staff can be rude. There have been numerous times where I feel my confidentiality has being violated. Either by patients of GP staff. Last time I came (earlier this month) I asked the receptionist working if I can have my notes from the appointment I had. the receptionist prints it off then proceeds to read all of my notes (including the list of my conditions) before handing it over to me. | Ensure confidentiality. Good | Most days it is good as long as you call exactly at 8.00 am | Would be nice if for certain serious conditions etc. if possible have a dedicated GP/Nurse etc. this saves time and the anxiety to explain your condition each time. Although I haven’t had a big issue but advance appointments are very difficult to get.
