Poor | When call for appointment at 8 0′ clock in the morning we’d be caller number over 20/30 although ure caller number 1, how that’s possible, take very long in answeing calls, long wait for the doctor to see you, over 10 mins wait. | Please please try and answer calls quickly. Poor | The surgery tells you to phone the next morning no appointment available it’s really needs to be improved and instead of number 30 in line they should pick up the phone straight away and give appointment to people who really needs it. | Phone line should be improved and there should be more doctors and nurses available and should be professional in there jobs not students who doesn’t kw what there are doing sitting on a desk. | March 1, 2024 at 10:38 am |
