Very poor | I visited the surgery on Monday and was given a prescription for 2 medication got one on Tuesday one the pharmacy didn’t have and was told to try another pharmacy another pharmacy couldn’t give because one was prescribed so the pharmacy suggested to go back to the nominated pharmacy and send the prescription to the spine went back to the surgery told the lady the situation gave me another prescription which again had 2 medication on it I told her I only need one medication but she said she was giving this medication went back to the pharmacy they refused to give me the medication because I already had one medication it is Friday today and I still haven’t received my medication or the prescription rang surgery twice no joy very unhappy I have been suffering for 4 days now | The doctor could have prescribed the required medications and the situation would have been solved | March 1, 2024 at 10:52 am |
