Good	GP’s are the best here but the reception staff needs training on how to use their own computer system , customer services and how to talk to other people without being rude and judgemental	Someone need to monitor/observe the reception staff just for a day you’ll get where the problem is	November 23, 2023 at 10:38 am

Poor	As you know the ongoing problem of getting through first thing in the morning. Getting an appointment that day if you ring a little later than usual. Getting a callback from the doctor is difficult too.	Availability of more appointments. Make it quicker to get through. I am blessed that I do not need to visit the doctors surgery that often so when I do I would like it to be a better experience	November 22, 2023 at 8:12 pm
