Very poor | You cannot book advance appointments with doctor when you ring surgery to book advance appointment you have to wait atlest 30-45 min even if you are one person in queue. Than receptionist will inform you to ring next day morning at 8am as they cannot book advance appointment. When you ring next day morning to book appointment you have to wait in telephone queue for atleast 30min to 1hr. | Please bring back advance appointment. Very poor | Reception staff don’t record anything. Been called 5-6 times in 4 hours asking why I didn’t attend when I called to cancel. Incompetent and no communication amongst peers. | Record notes, answer the phone! How am I always number 3 in the waiting line yet waiting 20-30 mins and still waiting?!
