Its excellent but in imergency little bit let appointments.

Prescription and referrals on time straight away good ,doctors phone in time after living messages good communication correspondence from receptionist doctors all staff very happy for your services.Thank you God bless you

Neither good nor poor

Dealing with rude receptionists can be frustrating, especially when they’re often the first point of contact in an organization. It’s important to remember that they might be dealing with high stress or challenging situations, but that doesn’t excuse unprofessional behavior. If you’re comfortable, addressing the situation calmly and respectfully in the moment can sometimes help. If the issue persists, it might be worth providing feedback to the management so they can address the situation and improve the overall customer experience.

I understand that dealing with receptionists who may come across as rude can be challenging, especially when they are interacting with patients who might not fully understand the situation or instructions. It’s important to approach these situations with patience and empathy.

You might try to calmly explain your needs or concerns, acknowledging that they might be under pressure. If a patient is having trouble understanding, gently ask the receptionist to clarify or repeat the information. Sometimes, a kind reminder that the patient needs a bit more assistance can help the receptionist adjust their approach.

If the issue continues, and you feel comfortable, you can politely suggest to the receptionist that a more patient approach would be appreciated. Remember, everyone has difficult days, and sometimes a little understanding can go a long way in improving communication.
